We are an evangelical church focused on preaching the Bible, growing Christians, and sharing the good news of Jesus to the world. Through our church, you can hear the great news that the Bible declares – that Jesus died for us!

A word from our pastor

Our pastor at cp11 is Rev Mark Boyley. Mark and his family came to serve with us at the start of 2008. Prior to this he was a missionary with OMF in Thailand. He trained at Moore Theological College in Sydney. Previously Mark learned and served at Multicultural Bible Ministry (MBM, Rooty Hill) and Northern Districts Chinese Christian Church Sydney (NDCCCS, North Epping). He writes: I hope this website is a help to you. If you are seeking a friendly church perhaps cp11 is for you. Many of us are from Chinese backgrounds, but we also have a healthy mix of other cultures and would love to see more. God knows you and loves you (find a Bible and read Psalm 139:1–10 or 1 John 4:9–10). We would love to help you get to know God. We would love to help you grow to know Him better. God desires to relate to you in a vital, personal way – beginning now and lasting forever. He has made such a relationship possible through the death and resurrection of His Son Jesus. We need to accept his offer of forgiveness and friendship – by turning from our own ways and entrusting ourselves to Jesus. There is nothing in life more important than this. cp11 aims to be a church that helps people reconnect with God. We hope you can visit some time soon. Highlights of what’s happening

Quiz Worx

Quiz Worx is returning Sunday 8 August to take over cp11! Make sure you bring along your children, nephews, nieces, neighbours and any other kids you can think of. They’ll be entertained, get a positive view of church and hear the gospel (and so will us non-kids!).

Surry Hills Urban Mission

Surry Hills Urban Mission (SHUM) is on in September. Evangelise to the street people and the marginalised in Sydney. Over four Tuesday nights and the last Sunday in September, share the gospel, be encouraged and become more prepared to evangelise in your own life. Election of deacons

Election of deacons for the next Diaconate term (2010–2012) will take place at the Annual General Meeting of the church on Sunday 3 October. Please reflect on 1 Timothy 3:1–13 and prayerfully consider whether you might serve faithfully in this ministry or be able to nominate someone who has the gifts to lead our church as a deacon.
