So, what is Glue?
Glue is the church’s youth group for high schoolers. We meet together to learn from the Bible, sing, have fellowship and much more in a fun, relaxed environment.
We believe there is nothing better than knowing Jesus, discovering what the Bible has to say about life, death and everything in between, and helping young people to grow in spiritual maturity. So if you’re a Christian, come check us out! If you’re not a Christian, then you should definitely check us out!
When does Glue meet?
Glue meets on Friday nights during the school term. We start at 7.30pm and finish at 9:45pm. We meet at WSCCC Strathfield: 90 Homebush Road, Strathfield 2135.
What is our purpose?
To build up disciples of Jesus obedient to God’s word, proclaiming Christ as Lord, to their friends and to the world, by the power of the Holy Spirit.
The reason why Glue runs is summed up in Colossians 1:28 – it is our hope and desire that the youth come to receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour, and then live this out in their lives. Through Glue, we hope that the youth will grow and mature in their understanding of the Bible, and in their love for God and all those around them.
